Our Story
La Nostra Storia Our Craft & Philosophy

I · Tradition
Italian cooking, the way it's done at home
Every morning begins with flour, eggs and patience. Our pasta is rolled and cut by hand, our sauces simmered slowly — the way it has always been done in Italian kitchens.
We import what Italy does best: San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 and 36 months, Apulian burrata and cold-pressed olive oil.

II · Lisbon
A little corner of Italy in Baixa
Under our navy awning, between blue azulejos and checkered tablecloths, our terrace looks onto one of Lisbon's most beautiful neighbourhoods.
Inside, a stone arch, golden light and soft leather chairs set the scene for a long, unhurried meal — with hospitality that feels like family.
